This page describes what we collect when you use the application form on this site, and how that information is handled.

What we collect: the name, email address, phone number, social handles, age, and state you submit through the application form.

How it is stored: applications are stored in Airtable, a database platform, and are only accessible to Sweetheart Management staff reviewing applications.

We do not sell your information. It is used solely to evaluate and follow up on your application.

You can request that your application data be deleted at any time by emailing apply@sweetheartmgmt.com.

Cookies: this site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Only the default cookies set by our hosting provider apply.
